  • SALESPERSON LICENSE: An applicant for a Salesperson license must be at least 18 years of age and of good moral character. Applicants must complete 24-hours of classroom training and pass the state examination.
  • SALESPERSON COURSE TUITION: $199.00 including text and study materials.  Total payment due must be received by the 1st lecture. Tuition may be paid by cash, check or credit card. Tuition for a weekend course must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the course.
  • BROKER LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: An applicant for a Broker license must be a licensed Salesperson and must have been actively associated with a real estate Broker for at least one year. Applicants must complete 30-hours of classroom training and pass the state examination. It is important that all students taking the Broker’s course must file a $5000.00 bond with the Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons prior to issuance of license. The cost of this bond is $50.00 for a five year bond.
