Field Trip to learn how to View & Inspect Properties: On a Friday, Saturday or Sunday – Do’s and Don’ts when choosing the right properties… Review Hot Properties for the Week

Class 3:

War Stories: learn from others mistakes.  Success Stories: How’d they do that?  Make Offers and Get them Accepted! You can do it too!  Review Hot Properties for the Week.

Class 4:

How to Finance Multi Families, Foreclosures & Rehab Properties.  Different methods of financing: Traditional, Mass Housing, Private Investors, Hard Money Lending, etc… Review Hot Properties for the Week.

Class 5:

Structuring the deal. Are you a Loner?  Or Do you like to invest with the Crowd? Setting up the LLC. Discussing the different types of auctions.  Review Hot Properties for the Week.

Class 6: 

Planning the Rehabbing and Renovations, Construction Management. Insurance. Errors & Omissions. What happens After The Party is Over. Review Hot Properties for the Week.

Class 7:  Going to the Closing

Reviewing the HUD. Who’s on your Development TEAM. Revise your Business Plan and GO make money!
